Shipping and Returns

Items purchased at www.mamarumbabrand.com will be shipped via Correos Express for domestic shipments and Seur for European shipments. Your order will be delivered to the carrier within approximately 24-48 business hours from the date of purchase, with the exception of some items.

To avoid delivery issues (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to complete the corresponding form correctly, including the contact telephone number. We recommend that you always specify a postal address rather than a PO box to avoid delays and issues during delivery.

Tracking of national orders can be done through the Correos carrier website. Express along with the order tracking number, which we will provide during the shipping process. It will indicate the location of the merchandise at all times until final receipt by the customer.

CHANGES


To request an exchange for one or more items purchased at mamarumbabrand.com, you have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
* Exchange of defective or incorrect product
If you receive an incorrect order or an item in poor condition, you can exchange it free of charge. To exchange it, please contact our Customer Service department by emailing hola@mamarumbabrand.com.
* Change size or color.
If the size or color doesn't match your expectations, you can exchange it free of charge. To exchange it, please contact our Customer Service department by emailing hola@mamarumbabrand.com.
* Model change.
At mamarumbabrand, we do not exchange models. Therefore, if you wish to exchange a model, we suggest you return your initial purchase and start a new order process.


RETURNS

* Peninsula - Returns are free within the established 14 days. After this period, returns are not accepted. MAMA RUMBA is not responsible for shipping times or other incidents that may arise.

* Europe - Within the established 14 days, the customer can manage their return independently, choosing the transport company that best suits their needs.

To request a return for one or more items purchased from mamarumbabrand, you have 14 days from the date of receipt. To make a return, please contact our Customer Service department by sending an email to hola@mamarumbabrand.com with the subject line "Return Order No. xxxxx."


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


Pursuant to Law 3/2014, of March 27, for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day the customer purchases the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by email: hola@mamarumbabrand.com
To comply with the withdrawal period, it will be necessary for the communication regarding the exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received for the purchase, excluding shipping costs, once we have inspected the package.
We will proceed with said refund using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
We will process the refund once we have received the order and verified it.
The customer must return or deliver the items to us directly without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.


DEFECTIVE OR ERRONEOUS PRODUCT


If you receive an incorrect order or an item in poor condition, you can return it free of charge.
To return the item, please contact our Customer Service department by emailing hola@mamarumbabrand.com. As soon as we receive the package at our facilities, we will process the refund (excluding shipping costs) to the customer.


REFUND OF THE AMOUNT


Once we receive the package with the returned items, we will verify the return. You will receive a confirmation email indicating that the order amount will be paid using the same payment method used.
Within 15 business days of receiving the confirmation email, the refund will be reflected in your account. These times may vary depending on your bank's terms and conditions.
Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any problems or delays caused by the bank.


EXCHANGE OR RETURN CONDITIONS


To exchange and/or return any product at mamarumbabrand, the following conditions must be met:
1. The product must not have been used, nor must it present any damage due to improper use.
2. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, preserving its original packaging and all items it contained (stickers, invoices, bags, and/or other items).
3. The original box must not have any writing or any other elements attached. mamarumbabrand reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the requirements established above.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?


To begin the return/exchange process, please contact our customer service department to receive the return code.
The process for initiating a product return or exchange will begin upon receipt of the shipment at our facilities and verification of compliance with the return/exchange conditions.
Under no circumstances will mamarumbabrand be responsible for customs costs or any possible retention of merchandise. Customs fees must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment.
